Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) after payment, via Colissimo or Chronopost, with tracking. You can choose home delivery, delivery to a different address, or pick-up at a relay point.

Shipping fees include preparation, packaging, and transportation. The preparation fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on weight and destination.

We recommend consolidating your items into one order to avoid additional shipping charges. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items (e.g., framed posters).

If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 15 days, in its original packaging, to the following address:

A refund will be processed within 15 days, provided that the items are in perfect condition.

In case of any delivery issues, La Poste will initiate an investigation, which may take up to 30 days.
