Orders
You can find it in your customer account. Go to "My Order History" then select the order for which you want to retrieve the invoice and you will be able to find the invoice in PDF format.
When you provide your address when ordering, you can click on " The billing address is different from the delivery address " to differentiate your delivery address from your billing address.
When placing an order, when choosing your delivery method, you can select "MARCEL HOSSEGOR STORE PICKUP." When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with the opening hours and address of our boutique-workshop.
Delivery
In mainland France and the European Union, you have the choice between home delivery or delivery to a relay point.
For other destinations, only home delivery is available.
For Metropolitan France, delivery times are approximately 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
For example: if you place an order on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday afternoon and delivered to you approximately between Wednesday and Friday.
If you place an order on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday afternoon and delivered to you approximately between Thursday and the following Monday.
For the European Union, delivery times are approximately 4 to 7 working days.
For other destinations, delivery times are approximately 15 days.
*Delivery times may vary depending on possible pandemics, natural disasters and/or carrier strikes.
When we ship your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Simply visit the post office website to track your package.
As soon as we receive a package returned from the sender, we send you an email asking you what you want to do (return, refund) and the procedure to follow.
After-sales service
It's very simple, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your online order to make a return or exchange. You must generate a return request from your customer account. Once the request has been validated by our services, you must return the item(s) to us in the original packaging (carefully rolled in tissue paper, bubble wrap and packing paper, all in the cardboard tube) with your return slip to the following address: MARCEL TRAVEL POSTER 219 avenue de Pédebert 40150 Soorts-Hossegor .
Return costs are your responsibility.
Once we have received your package, if and only if the item is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
You must visit one of our four stores with the product in its original packaging and the receipt. You also have 15 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange.
If the item is in perfect condition, we will exchange or refund it.
We will refund you within 15 days, using the same payment method used for your purchase.
When we receive a returned package, we systematically send you an email the same day. If we don't receive a response from you, we send you an email every two weeks for two months. After the two-month period, the sale is considered lost. Remember to check your spam folder.
