In Metropolitan France and the European Union , you have the choice between home delivery or delivery to a relay point.
For other destinations , only home delivery is available.

For Metropolitan France , delivery times are approximately 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
For example: if you place an order on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday afternoon and delivered to you approximately between Wednesday and Friday.
If you place an order on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday afternoon and delivered to you approximately between Thursday and the following Monday.
For the European Union , delivery times are approximately 4 to 7 working days.
For other destinations, delivery times are approximately 10 working days.

*Delivery times may vary depending on possible pandemics, natural disasters and/or carrier strikes.

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your online order to make a return or exchange.

You must generate a return request from your customer account. Once the request has been validated by our services, you must return the item(s) to us in the original packaging with your return slip to the following address:

Return costs are your responsibility.
Once we have received your package, if and only if the item is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
