In mainland France and the European Union, you can choose between home delivery or delivery to a pick-up point.
For other destinations, only home delivery is available.

For mainland France, delivery times are approximately 2 to 3 working days after shipment.
For example: if you place an order on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday afternoon and delivered to you approximately between Wednesday and Friday.

If you place an order on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday afternoon and delivered to you approximately between Thursday and the following Monday.

You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of your internet order to make a return or exchange. You must generate a return request from your customer account. Once the request has been validated by us, you must return the item(s) in their original packaging with your return slip to the following address:
