Is the delivery of "Sacré Marcel" products different from that of "Marcel" products?

Yes! Marcel products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hossegor, while Sacré Marcel products are shipped from the SAPP warehouse in Saint-Jean-de-Cardonnay. This explains why the shipping costs are split.

Delivery is free for orders over €40 on "Sacré Marcel" products.

Delivery is free for orders over €50 on "Marcel" products.

Sacré Marcel products are only available for delivery in mainland France and the European Union (excluding Switzerland). You can choose between home delivery or delivery to a collection point.

What are the delivery times for "Sacré Marcel" products?

Your order will be shipped 48 to 72 hours after your purchase.

For Metropolitan France , delivery times are approximately 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

For the European Union (excluding Switzerland) , delivery times are approximately 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.

*Delivery times may vary depending on possible pandemics, natural disasters and/or carrier strikes.

Would you like to return or exchange a "Sacré Marcel" product purchased on our website?

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products or those which may deteriorate quickly.

Our chocolates and biscuits, due to their perishable nature and the necessary storage conditions, cannot be returned or refunded under the right of withdrawal.

If your product is damaged or does not conform to the delivery date, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@sapp-gourmet.com with supporting photos. After this period, no compensation will be considered.

Any return accepted by SAPP Gourmet, in the event of an apparent defect or non-conformity of the products delivered, which will be noted by SAPP Gourmet, will allow the customer to obtain a free replacement or the return of a credit note to their benefit, to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.
